Responsible Gambling

TankOdds is a basketball analytics and simulation site. We build tools that model probability distributions — not a sportsbook, a prediction service, or a gambling platform. We do not accept wagers or real money of any kind. Simulation outputs are statistical estimates for entertainment and informational purposes only.

Some pages on TankOdds may contain links to licensed third-party sportsbooks. This page explains who those links are for, what laws apply, and where to get help if gambling becomes a problem.

Age Requirement

Any links to external sportsbooks on TankOdds are intended for users who are 21 years of age or older. If you are under 21, do not follow any sportsbook links on this site. TankOdds does not knowingly direct minors to gambling-related services.

State and Jurisdiction Restrictions

Sports betting is not legal in every US state. Laws governing online sports wagering vary significantly by state and change over time. Before clicking any sportsbook link on TankOdds, you are responsible for knowing whether sports betting is legal where you are located.

TankOdds does not verify user location and cannot determine whether a specific link is legal for you to follow. Accessing or using a sportsbook in a state where it is not authorized may violate state law. When in doubt, check your state's gaming commission website or consult a legal resource before proceeding.

This site is operated for a US audience. Users outside the United States should also verify that accessing linked sportsbook services complies with laws in their jurisdiction.

Gambling Is Not a Financial Strategy

Probability simulations are models built from publicly available data and market inputs. They describe statistical scenarios — they do not predict outcomes, guarantee results, or constitute advice to place any wager. No simulation output on TankOdds should be treated as a reason to bet on any game, player, or outcome.

Sports gambling carries real financial risk. Most people who gamble regularly lose money over time. Treat any gambling activity as entertainment with a defined, limited budget — not as a source of income.

Self-Exclusion

Most licensed US sportsbooks offer self-exclusion programs that let you voluntarily restrict your own access for a set period. If you use a sportsbook and want to limit or stop your activity, contact that sportsbook directly to learn about their self-exclusion and responsible gambling tools. Many state gaming commissions also operate statewide self-exclusion registries.

Our Affiliate Relationships

TankOdds may earn a commission when a user clicks a sportsbook link and registers or deposits with that sportsbook. This does not affect the price or terms you see from the sportsbook, and it does not influence TankOdds simulation outputs or editorial content. Affiliate relationships are disclosed in our Terms of Service.

We only link to licensed, regulated sportsbook operators. We do not link to offshore or unregulated gambling services.
